Shipping & Returns

To which countries does Ora ship?

At the moment, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Find more information on our international shipping here. If you’d like to discuss shipping elsewhere, send us an email at info@ora.organic.

I never received a shipping confirmation email or tracking information.

First things first: check your spam folder. (And then never send us there again because we love you.) If you still can’t find it, email us at info@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll help you locate your products and give you an ETA on their arrival.

My order never arrived.

Those pesky supplements. No need to fret though, just email us at support@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll track them down for you and make everything right in the world - we’ve got your back.

When will I receive my order?

Within the US, orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days depending on when your order was placed. Please know if you place an order over the weekend, it won’t ship out until the next business day. After your order ships, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries. You’ll receive tracking information in your email so you can track your precious goods.

My product arrived broken or in poor shape.

Curses! Sometimes our products go for a wild ride on their way across the country (or world) to you and things go awry. Allow us to make it right for you. Send us an email at support@ora.organic. Include your order number and a description of what happened (photos help, too!). We’ll send out another shipment to you right away.

What is Ora’s refund policy?

We craft our supplements with the intention of being beneficial to your health as well as your taste buds and it’s of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy using them. We mean business on this one. So if you’re at all dissatisfied with your product, send us an email at returns@ora.organic within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

How do I return an unopened product?

We'll happily refund you in full for any unopened products purchased from our website. Please email us at info@ora.organic to begin the process. Please note that we do not supply pre-paid return labels and ask that our customers handle the shipping fee back to us.

How long does it take for my refund to arrive?

Refunds should arrive back on your statement within 3-5 business days of processing. Please email us at info@ora.organic if you have any questions.

Other things you may be wondering

Does Ora offer samples?

We sure do! We currently offer single servings of four products. Purchase one (or all!) to get a good idea of how our products taste and feel.

Here are your options:

While we don’t currently offer single servings of our other products, we think you’ll like our return policy (if you're unhappy with your product for any reason, let us know within 60 days and we'll refund you 100%).

PS These packets also make great care package gifts and stocking stuffers.

I can’t find the product I want.

Since we partner with small, sustainable, organic farms that produce our high-quality ingredients, we unfortunately can’t always meet demand. However, if you’re interested in being the first to know when your favorite product is back in stock, email us at info@ora.organic and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

Where’s Ora’s multivitamin?

If you’re wondering this, you’re not alone. Unfortunately, because we work with small organic farms, we simply have not been able to keep up with demand. Instead of sacrificing quality, we made the decision to discontinue the multivitamin for now.

But, like we said, the Ora Multivitamin Tribe is loyal and growing. If you want to be part of that group, send us a note at info@ora.organic with your name and email address. You’ll be the first to know when the multivitamin makes its triumphant return.

Where can I buy Ora’s products?

Find us online (right where you are!), and at The Vitamin Shoppe near you! You can also find us in these awesome natural retailers.

What method of payment can I use?

We wish we could accept your love and affirmation. But our accountant says we can only process PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other select payment cards.

International Shipping

Does Ora ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. However, we are always working to expand to other countries, and we’d love to hear from you! Send us an email at info@ora.organic to tell us where in the world Ora should be.

Does Ora offer subscriptions to international customers?

Slowly but surely! Currently we’re only able to offer subscriptions to those in Canada, but our team is hard at work expanding this program to reach anywhere in the world. If you’d like to be notified when we’re ready to offer you a subscription, send your name, location, and email address to info@ora.organic and we’ll put you on our list!

When can I expect to receive an international order?

International orders typically ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. After an order leaves our warehouse, shipping times will vary from country to country. Most countries outside of the U.S. will receive their packages within 7-10 business days.

Please know we'll send you a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours to let you know when your order is headed your way.

Can I track my international order?

Yes! We’ll send you a tracking link in a shipping confirmation email so you can follow your supplements along their way to your doorstep. Just note that it can take up to 72 hours to receive an international tracking update.

Does Ora handle returns internationally?

Sorry folks! We don’t provide international returns at this point in time.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Your shipping quote will be calculated during checkout and will include all customs, duties, import, and brokerage fees. To view the actual shipping charges of your order, simply begin the checkout process.

The total amount listed is all you’ll have to pay! You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

What are the terms and conditions I’m agreeing to when I place an international order?

If you want to get to know us a bit better...

What does ‘Ora’ mean?

‘Ora’ comes from the New Zealand Maori greeting ‘Kia Ora,’ which literally translates to ‘be well.’ To us, that means creating quality nutritional products using sustainable sourcing and of course downright delicious flavors!

Why was Ora created?

To make you happy, of course! And a few other reasons...get to know a bit about us and how Ora came to be here.

Why does Ora use organic, plant-based ingredients instead of synthetic chemicals?

Synthetic chemicals are cheaper to produce. And sadly, that’s why they’ve dominated the supplement industry for decades. But, cheaper doesn’t exactly mean better.

When it comes to food and nutrition, we put our faith in nature. We believe that the quality of your supplements is just as important as the quality of your food. That’s why we only use pure, organic, plant-based nutrients in our supplements.

Never artificial. Never GMO. Never not good for you.

Where are Ora products made?

We source our beautiful ingredients from around the world, but everything comes together in sunny Southern California, where our products are crafted.

How do I know Ora supplements will work for me?

We focus on nutrients whose benefits are commonly accepted by the medical, science, and nutrition communities. Tens of thousands of studies have proven that the nutrients in our supplements are vital to our everyday health, regardless of age or gender. It’s our mission to only provide well-documented and scientifically backed products.

Are Ora products safe for kids?

Because our products are made from 100% real food ingredients and are entirely plant-based, many moms love to share their supplements with their kids!

Depending on the age of your little one, some supplements may be more appropriate than others. And depending on the supplement, kids can require different doses than you do as an adult. Visit the page of the product you’re interested in for more information.

As with any new supplement, however, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare professional first.

Are Ora products keto-friendly?

Yes! Our supplements are keto-friendly and are, in fact, a smart idea to incorporate into your ketogenic diet. Especially if you’re new to the ketogenic diet, supplementation can help fill in any vitamin and mineral gaps your food may be missing. Email us at info@ora.organic with your keto questions.

Why does Ora focus on sustainability?

As a powerful core value of Ora, sustainability influences every decision we make. Why? Because it’s important.

Let’s take stock of what Mother Nature is currently battling: water overconsumption, pollution, fish stock depletion, climate change. Those issues all have something in common: our animal-based food system. It’s a broken system that can’t sustain the world’s growing population. We want to be part of the solution.

That’s why we provide sustainable ways for you to get your omega-3s, probiotics, and protein. Plants are powerful, and we believe that a shift toward plant-based nutrition is a positive way to protect our planet and conserve our vital natural resources.

We went a step further with our efforts and made our bottles recyclable. We also ship in boxes that are made from 100% post-consumer material. That’s right. The box your favorite supplements come in is fully recyclable and biodegradable.

We’re not pioneering this sustainability philosophy, but we are championing it. From the small, organic farms we partner with, to the products we offer you (and the packaging they come in), we’ve got our eye on a healthy, vibrant, bountiful future for all.

Why did Ora bring on a chef to craft flavors?

Raise your hand if you’ve ever choked down a chalky protein powder.

Us too. Healthy living should be enjoyable. We were sick of having to pinch our noses to tolerate our supplements. So we thought: who better to help design our flavors than someone who specializes in making food taste delicious? Enter Chef Ron Chang: culinary artist, tastebud enticer, and creative genius behind the flavor of your favorite Ora supplement.

Ron brought his passion and creativity from the restaurant industry to make delicious plant-based supplements for Ora. And his imagination is a vortex. Our current flavors are only just the beginning of what we have in store for you…

Supplemental Information (pun intended)

Why can't I just get all these nutrients from what I eat? Why do I need a supplement?

First things first, let’s tackle two points.

  • Supplements are not meant to replace a healthy, well balanced diet.
  • There is no silver bullet and nothing beats eating high quality food.
  • That said, even when we do our best to eat healthy, we still need high quality supplements to support our diets in today’s world. And here’s why:

Over the years, irresponsible farming practices have decimated soil quality. Depleted soils mean that plant-based foods don’t contain the same nutrient value they once did. Take, for example, spinach. To get the same amount of iron that a single serving of spinach contained in 1948, you would need to consume more than 70 servings today! (Sorry, Popeye.)

These days, we’re busy, and we’re only getting busier. So we need other solutions to get high quality nutrients while we’re on the go. A diet complete with high quality salmon (omega-3s), grass fed or free range meats (protein), and kombucha (probiotics) is a solid diet. But the expense of that adds up quickly. Our supplements are an affordable way to guarantee you get these vital nutrients each and every day, no matter what.

Why are Ora’s Omega-3, Probiotics + Prebiotics and Superfood Protein foundational to my health (i.e. something I should have every day)?

The health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids (specifically DHA and EPA), probiotics, and dietary protein are well documented and widely recognized by doctors, scientists, and nutritionists. Tens of thousands of studies have proven that these nutrients are vital to our everyday health, regardless of age or gender. We don’t deal with rare herbal supplements because their effects are typically unproven. Instead, we focus only on nutrients whose benefits are commonly accepted by the medical, science, and nutrition communities.

Are Ora products certified organic by a 3rd party?

Absolutely! Every one of our farmers and suppliers is thoroughly vetted by our team to ensure their experience and integrity. To create an amazing product for you, we start with amazing ingredients. But in order to ensure that quality for years to come, we continually test our products during the manufacturing process, as well.

Each of our products is 3rd party tested to make sure federal safety standards are not only met, but surpassed. And our manufacturing facilities are all FDA-registered.

The nitty gritty details: We batch test our products for microbiological activity and heavy metal content
