Order Issues

How do I cancel an order?

If your order was just placed, please email us at info@ora.organic as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We'll make every effort to honor that request.

How do I update my shipping address on an order that processed?

If your order is heading to the wrong place, please email us at info@ora.organic as soon as possible. We'll do our best to get your address updated.

How do I edit an order that processed?

As long as your order has not yet been packed, we're generally able to make changes for you. Please email us at info@ora.organic with your request and we'll do our best to make it happen for you.

Shipping & Returns

To which countries does Ora ship?

At the moment, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Find more information on our international shipping here. If you’d like to discuss shipping elsewhere, send us an email at info@ora.organic.

I never received a shipping confirmation email or tracking information.

First things first: check your spam folder. (And then never send us there again because we love you.) If you still can’t find it, email us at info@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll help you locate your products and give you an ETA on their arrival.

My order never arrived.

Those pesky supplements. No need to fret though, just email us at support@ora.organic with your order number. We’ll track them down for you and make everything right in the world - we’ve got your back.

When will I receive my order?

Within the US, orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days depending on when your order was placed. Please know if you place an order over the weekend, it won’t ship out until the next business day. After your order ships, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries. You’ll receive tracking information in your email so you can track your precious goods.

My product arrived broken or in poor shape.

Curses! Sometimes our products go for a wild ride on their way across the country (or world) to you and things go awry. Allow us to make it right for you. Send us an email at support@ora.organic. Include your order number and a description of what happened (photos help, too!). We’ll send out another shipment to you right away.

What is Ora’s refund policy?

We craft our supplements with the intention of being beneficial to your health as well as your taste buds and it’s of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy using them. We mean business on this one. So if you’re at all dissatisfied with your product, send us an email at returns@ora.organic within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

How do I return an unopened product?

We'll happily refund you in full for any unopened products purchased from our website. Please email us at info@ora.organic to begin the process. Please note that we do not supply pre-paid return labels and ask that our customers handle the shipping fee back to us.

How long does it take for my refund to arrive?

Refunds should arrive back on your statement within 3-5 business days of processing. Please email us at info@ora.organic if you have any questions.

Does Ora offer samples?

We sure do! We currently offer single servings of four products. Purchase one (or all!) to get a good idea of how our products taste and feel.

While we don’t currently offer single servings of our other products, we think you’ll like our return policy (if you're unhappy with your product for any reason, let us know within 60 days and we'll refund you 100%).

PS These packets also make great care package gifts and stocking stuffers.

I can’t find the product I want.

Since we partner with small, sustainable, organic farms that produce our high-quality ingredients, we unfortunately can’t always meet demand. However, if you’re interested in being the first to know when your favorite product is back in stock, email us at info@ora.organic and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

Where’s Ora’s multivitamin?

If you’re wondering this, you’re not alone. Unfortunately, because we work with small organic farms, we simply have not been able to keep up with demand. Instead of sacrificing quality, we made the decision to discontinue the multivitamin for now.

But, like we said, the Ora Multivitamin Tribe is loyal and growing. If you want to be part of that group, send us a note at info@ora.organic with your name and email address. You’ll be the first to know when the multivitamin makes its triumphant return.

Where can I buy Ora’s products?

Find us online (right where you are!), and at The Vitamin Shoppe near you! You can also find us in these awesome natural retailers.

What method of payment can I use?

We wish we could accept your love and affirmation. But our accountant says we can only process PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other select payment cards.

International Shipping

Does Ora ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK. However, we are always working to expand to other countries, and we’d love to hear from you! Send us an email at info@ora.organic to tell us where in the world Ora should be.

Does Ora offer subscriptions to international customers?

Slowly but surely! Currently we’re only able to offer subscriptions to those in Canada, but our team is hard at work expanding this program to reach anywhere in the world. If you’d like to be notified when we’re ready to offer you a subscription, send your name, location, and email address to info@ora.organic and we’ll put you on our list!

When can I expect to receive an international order?

International orders typically ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. After an order leaves our warehouse, shipping times will vary from country to country. Most countries outside of the U.S. will receive their packages within 7-10 business days.

Please know we'll send you a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours to let you know when your order is headed your way.

Can I track my international order?

Yes! We’ll send you a tracking link in a shipping confirmation email so you can follow your supplements along their way to your doorstep. Just note that it can take up to 72 hours to receive an international tracking update.

Does Ora handle returns internationally?

Sorry folks! We don’t provide international returns at this point in time.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Your shipping quote will be calculated during checkout and will include all customs, duties, import, and brokerage fees. To view the actual shipping charges of your order, simply begin the checkout process.

The total amount listed is all you’ll have to pay! You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

What are the terms and conditions I’m agreeing to when I place an international order?

By ordering from this site, you hereby authorize IDS Logistics, and/or its service providers to act as your agent to retain customs brokers and/or freight forwarders for the purpose of transacting customs business with all relevant customs and revenue authorities on your behalf, including, but not limited to, arranging for the importation of each commodity ordered by you, assigning Harmonized System classification codes to each commodity, accounting for duties and taxes on your behalf, and managing any dispute with such authorities regarding customs classifications, applicable duties and/or taxes. You further authorize the customs brokers and/or freight forwarders selected by IDS to make, endorse, sign, declare and/or swear to any customs entry, withdrawal, declaration, certificate, bill of lading and/or any other documents required by law or regulation in connection with the importation and/or transportation of the commodity that is shipped or consigned to you or your designee for shipment out of the United States and into any other country. You understand, and agree, cost quotes are best estimates and may not always reflect the actual cost to Pitney Bowes Inc. You will incur no additional charges or refunds for the difference between the quotes and the actual cost to IDS. IDS’ services are intended for merchandise that is not being delivered for resale purposes.

What does ‘Ora’ mean?

‘Ora’ comes from the New Zealand Maori greeting ‘Kia Ora,’ which literally translates to ‘be well.’ To us, that means creating quality nutritional products using sustainable sourcing and of course downright delicious flavors!

Why was Ora created?

Why does Ora use organic, plant-based ingredients instead of synthetic chemicals?

Synthetic chemicals are cheaper to produce. And sadly, that’s why they’ve dominated the supplement industry for decades. But, cheaper doesn’t exactly mean better.

When it comes to food and nutrition, we put our faith in nature. We believe that the quality of your supplements is just as important as the quality of your food. That’s why we only use pure, organic, plant-based nutrients in our supplements.
